Aligning teams, partners, and platforms to execute unified content and distribution strategies.

Align internal departments—including sales, marketing, product, research, and operations—around unified content priorities, asset delivery timelines, and distribution goals. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure seamless communication across teams. Serve as the primary liaison with external distribution partners (e.g., SVODs, OEMs, FAST platforms, MVPDs), managing marketing initiatives and assets, performance expectations, and growth initiatives.

Define & Develop Channel/VOD Strategy & Distribution Opportunities

Identifying, launching, and scaling high-impact CTV, FAST, and VOD channel opportunities.

Identify, evaluate, and secure new channel and platform opportunities across FAST, and VOD ecosystems. Define channel positioning, brand filters, content mix, and operational requirements. Develop partner-ready materials and go-to-market strategies while overseeing launch planning and long-term performance optimization. Shape distribution strategies across cable, syndication, FAST, and emerging digital platforms.

Launch, Oversight & Owned-and-Operated Channel Management

End-to-end leadership for owned-and-operated channels.

Develop and manage Owned & Operated (O&O) channels from concept to execution. Oversee single-IP, binge, and multi-title channels across genres including entertainment, lifestyle, food, crime, and film. Provide end-to-end leadership across programming, scheduling, operations, and performance analysis to ensure consistent brand identity, audience growth, and monetization optimization.

Content Programming Strategy & Scheduling Optimization

Data-driven programming, curation, and scheduling designed to maximize engagement and retention.

Design and execute programming strategies that maximize engagement and viewer retention. Build editorial calendars, tentpole events, and seasonal programming initiatives. Optimize stacking, stripping, dayparting, and overnight scheduling strategies. Refine channel guides (EPG), curation strategy, and UX presentation to enhance discoverability and overall quality of experience (QoE).

IP Sales/Licensing Representation

Maximizing value through strategic content sales, licensing, and distribution partnerships.

Represent IP owners, producers, and rights holders in identifying and negotiating content licensing and distribution opportunities across FAST, CTV, cable, and syndication. Lead deal strategy and execution, ensuring optimal windowing, positioning, and value extraction. Maintain active relationships with platforms, buyers, and the broader entertainment community to source and close strategic partnerships.

Creative Development, Editorial Guidance & Production Oversight for Original Content

From concept to delivery—creative leadership that strengthens originals and co-productions.

Develop original series and co-productions from concept through delivery. Provide editorial guidance across writing, editing, format development, and visual identity. Evaluate production budgets, staffing structures, and creative direction to ensure quality and efficiency. Identify and cultivate on-air talent while strengthening existing series through structured show notes and performance-driven refinements.

Identify & Negotiate Alternative Financing Opportunities for Producers with CTV Partners
